- 3 / 5By Sandy WarrilowWe booked tickets, online, to see our grand-daughter in Iolanthe. These were purchased on Thursday 4.5.17 and paid to have them delivered to our home. By Wednesday 10th the tickets hadn't arrived so I rang the box office. They apologised and printed more we could pick up at the box office. The tickets finally arrived on Friday 12th. two days AFTER the performance. Looking at the post mark it showed they were posted on Monday 8th. sent by second post. I feel that this is very remiss and I wasn't even refunded the postage. So if you want to see a show don't get them posted!!
