    Decent beer, but not much choice of ales. Good pub grub, steak etc is good value, good local.

    Unfortunately tonight my meal wasnt good . Had to send the steak back twice ! Asked for med/rare and was inedible . The second one was totally cremated . Was told the chef was off & manager cooked the food.. needs cooking lessons how to cook steak . ! Was very gracious & gave us a refund . My husband's food was delicious & I love this place . So will defo come back . Just a bad night .
